The Paper Deli might be new, but husband and wife owners, Brian and Jessica Breezer, have ten
years of experience on their side. Three years ago they created the custom invitation business,
BB Design, which quickly grew into the full-service store, The Paper Deli. While still carrying its
own custom invitation and stationery line, The Paper Deli offers an assortment of other options,
including high-quality paper products, greeting
cards, gift wrap and gifts.
Over the last five years couples have really
gravitated to the idea of custom invitations
designed just for them. The Paper Deli is happy to

Dawn Theisen, owner of Kennedy Manor Dining Room & Bar, always knew she wanted to be in
the restaurant business. “I’ve always liked to cook,” she says. “At age 20 I went to a small culinary
school and have been at it ever since!” For the past ten years, Mike and Dawn Theisen have run the
Kennedy Manor with the perfect blend of style and taste.
Only a few blocks from the Capitol, Kennedy Manor
has been a downtown fi xture since 1931. Its Art
Deco style dining room is complete with twelve-foot
