Bishop's Bay Country Club has a long history in Madison, Wisconsin, starting out as a family home in 1933 before being sold to the Catholic Dioceses in 1945, and later bought and transformed into a golf course and private club between 1985 and 1995. The stunning indoor spaces and outdoor grounds have hosted many weddings over the years, with the first being the original homeowner's daughter's celebration.
In recent years, Bishop's Bay Country Club has continued to grow and transform into a full-service venue for weddings. Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Mendota, the venue offers a variety of indoor and outdoor locations to host up to 300 guests, while also providing all in-house catering, bar services, and staffing. They are a permanent tent venue, meaning no stress for securing a rental with ample natural light, fresh air, and unobstructed views.
